Ironically none of the cities in the Middle East seems to be rich. The definition of richness comes from how well you are contributing to the life of the people beyond your boundary. What we see from Middle Eastern population they are just eating and sleeping on their oil money. Despite having ample opportunities their contribution to the world development e.g. in the science and technology sector is almost zero. You never know that Abu Dhabi can be next Baghdad tomorrow. The rest of world will be watching it turning into rubble like the same way for Iraq and won’t do anything. Because the world doesn’t care. |

I live and work in the middle eastat the moment (born and raised in the U.S.A and wouldnt have it any other way) and I must say Dubai is very wealthy but Kuwait takes the crown. Kuwait is alot smaller though so I guess it seems its a more wealthy country because you see more of it when you look around. Dubai to me is hands down the best city in the world at the moment (besides NYC). I also never travel with out my Kuwaiti Dinar its the worlds highest currency at 3.64$ for 1 Dinar its beautiful I take my Dinar everywhere I go. In Dubai you only get 3.6 Dirham per 1$ you get 13.5 dirham per 1 Dinar. Kuwait is the richer of the two |
