Its definitely men.
Maturity can be defined in two ways Physically and mentally.
If considered Physically when men and women of same age is compared men are stronger than women So thats why female is called as weaker sex.
From the view of capability of giving birth to new ones, May be women takes the upperhand in this.On an average womens is capable of giving birth to healthy child at the age 18 and almost on the same age for men.
Mentally belive me any man can tell that they are really kids. They fight for every silly and stupid things u ll never expect.
The ultimate thing is whatever the age is most of the women cannot sleep with out a teady bear. This shows that they are still kids.
With these altogether we can confirm women mature slower than men. |

Women do naturally, but some men are forced to in some circumstances. My parents kicked me out on the street when I was 14, I didn't do any thing wrong they were crack heads, but it forced me to grow up faster than most women. |

Women mature faster. A man takes longer due to the overwhelming sense of not wanting to grow up. They also have a fear of responsiblity and commitment, so they behave like children for as long as they can get away with it. I have a 30 yo husband that still is trying to grow up, even though we already have 3 kids. I tell people all the time that i have 4 children, my husband is one of them. |
