I was like this in my 30s too. The older I get the more I realize how fast time goes by.
Additional Details
My main purpose in asking this question was that I felt not only mine but, life passing by so quickly. I enjoy life very much and I have a wonderful family. I just wish time could slow down a bit so that I could enjoy more in my life. Also, this is not an insecure problem. or a physical aging factor. I am very happy with myself in these respects. |

as i am older, it is more difficult to be impressed by someone,, and I do not have the temper anymore to play the love game,,I am trying to convince myself that I can live like that,, but I feel deep inside me a huge pain, being rich is not by money- the same word in my language to indicate a rich woman is also to indicate a woman with a daughter (i am male ) ,,according to that I am a very poor person...
It is true that Man is in his best in the 40s....it is true I am very fit ...sporty looking person, but i regret i was not like that 10 years ago...
They said from 6-20 education from 20-30 culture, from 30-50 working and benefit the education and culture to have financial stability,, starting from 50 u can really enjoy what u did ,,,and relax..perhaps ,,that is true,,But i forgot to invest: In a family |

40's are the new 30's! ENJOY LIFE! Make every day count!
Ran out of cliches.....so perhaps its menopause?
Here are just a few of the things I don't miss by being older:
No more all nighters, one night stands, hangovers and vomiting, ferocious work outs, fighting over BOYS, spending money I don't have, pregnancy scares, crying over a pound or a pimple...could come up with a thousand more but I am space limited here. |

everybody has this insecure feeling once they realize they're not young anymore. you haven't given enough details for me to speculate the reasons behind your sadness, but i'm just guessing its because you feel insecure. i'm 19 right now, and i feel like it's the end of the world literally for me. it's like everythings crushing onto me i.e. responsibilities, my parents getting older leading to death etc. it's scary to be old because of what you have to face. by the 30's it is expected you have at least a house or a new expensive car. then when you're 40 you're beginning to show fine lines on your face/body and you're starting to worry. but i guess just live life like it is. there's no need to be unhappy you know? besides, being 40's isn't that old as long as you keep yourself occupied. hope you feel better |
