You could try going to work and talking to your supervisor.
Tell him/her what you said above. How could they be so terrible not to believe you and give you another chance?
Look at it this way, what do you have to lose? You can't work and you are not getting paid. Confess and let happen whatever is going to happen. Maybe this position is too much for you? Just tell the truth, you will be glad you did. |

In Texas you have 30 days to report an injury to your boss for it to be considered work comp. If you have a legit injury on the job tell em. If the insurance company tries to discredit you, tell them you lied because you were afraid your insurance might not cover it if you did it at work...or something like that...not that you are stupid.
