Ewww...That's really weird...Now that i think about it though I HAVE seen that a couple of times. Once, when I was getting hit on in a Chat Room by a 21 year old, and I wasn't interested in him, I told him I was 9 and he...just...disappeared O,O... lol ^^ That's the only reason that I can see pretending to be a kid. Most of them are probably internet pedaphiles though. Just ignore them, they may not go away, but at least they wont get anywhere ^^ |

You are entirely correct, and it is indeed very sad. The saddest thing is that this whole internet craze is a giant fantasy land where people can anonymously be anything/any one/any age they wish. If only everyone recognized it for what it is...strictly entertainment...there would be no harm in it. Unfortunately there are too many gullible (innocent?) people online who are taken in by the string of bullspit that other people spew out, and that's when these pervs take advantage of their naivete (innocence). |

Did you hear about the two kids who were murdered because of some false imformation given by an old man. He was pretending to be a teen. The police are pretending to be little kids so they can catch predators that do this. |

Because there are sick people in the world and we have to always be on the lookout for them. I have an infant son now. I am really afraid of what he will face as he grows older.
It could also be these perverts are trolling for children to meet....That will make us all sleep well tonight I know.
I would say complain to Yahoo whenever you find one and if you have children, educate them on safety while using the web. |
