Why are we always short of money? What are we doing that is blocking our prosperity?

Imagine you get a paycheck for $100.00 each month.

In that month you spend $100.00 in whatever...

At the end of the month you are exactly $0.00 richer.

If you keep this up for 20 years you make exactly $0.00 after 2 decades of hard work.

That is what 90% of the population does (The poor)

Now Imagine you get a paycheck for $100.00 each month.

In that month you spend $50.00 in whatever...
In that month you save $50.00 to buy a house.

At the end of the month you are exactly $50.00 richer.

If you keep this up for 20 years you make exactly $12,000.00 after 2 decades of hard work.

Eventually you will have enough for a down payment for your house and that means NO MORE MONEY FOR THE LANDLORD.

Some people have a smaller landlord called "Auto Dealership" and they pay each month hundreds of dollars of rent (Interest) when they could save half their paycheck and use that money to buy the car WITH CASH and obviously that means NO MORE MONEY FOR THE AUTO DEALERSHIP

There is nothing wrong with you if you drink a few beers but if you USE YOUR CREDIT CARD to pay for beers then you are always going to be short of money.

And by beers I don´t mean actual beers but whatever service or things you don´t need to survive.

If you want to always have a pile of cash at hand you can drop me a line.

Living beyond our means. Basically... if we earn $1, we end up spending $2.

First off everyone needs a method to locate the areas in their life that needs the most improvement. Try this, get a piece of paper and a pen. Go into a room where you can fully relax and rest your hand with the pen in it on the paper. Think for a moment, “what stresses me out the most, what bothers me” almost immediately you will get responses from your mind. Listen to those responses and write them down. If one comes up more than once put a tally mark next to the old one so that you know that you thought of it more than once. Repeat for about 10 minutes. Now tally up everything you had put down. Next put them in order from highest occurrence to lowest occurrence. Calculate the sum of total occurrences and find out what percentage each occurred. By doing this you will be able to identify what areas in your life are stressing you out the most. This is the first step in eliminating your problems.

after doing this you can eliminate The top 20% of our problems that are cause for 80% of our stress. If we can eliminate these then we can be fully functional and happy. This same concept can be applied across the board and used on just about anything including business. Look at a company’s debt, identify the top 20% of where the debt is coming from, you will quickly discover that it is producing 80% of the debt.

We live in a consumer society that is always telling us to buy things that we don't need. Our clothes are not good enough. Our electronics are outdated, and our car is an embarrassment. If we saved and invested more, and focused on how to spend our money wisely ( and not to go into debt if you don't have it) most people would be better off.

Unfortunately in America we feel that the more money we make the more we have to spend and reality you will always have negative debt if we think this way.

good luck to us all...

Our wants exceed our money supply. This is what keeps capitalism going--making more money to buy the ever-expanding list of things you want. If you limited yourself just to your needs, you could get by quite well on very little.
