Because they aren't old enough to actually have a mature and responsible relationship when they are young. Seriously! They have girlfriends to feel good about themselves more than actually looking for love. They haven't even found themselves yet, so they can't actually give love in a relationship with someone. So cheating at a juvenile age for boys is more of an ego booster than anything else. To see how many girlfriends they can get. Don't worry about it, you've got plenty of time to find the right boy for you and they will come and go. Just have fun with meeting new people and don't give into peer pressure. Respect yourself the boy will too.
