quite often its because files are lost or staff arnt trained properly but sometimes its just the policy of the firm to avoid resposibility to the customer you try not paying a bill sometime they are pretty dmn responsive then ami right |

Passive-Aggressive b.s. is why. These days not many people (especially in the corporate world) seem to have the "stones" to give you a direct answer. Too many lawsuits to fret over and stupid non-disclosure contracts to wonder about. |

Because they want you to phone them back, listen to an automated receptionist, press option #3, press option #4, press option #6, then be told 'we are experiencing a high volume of calls at present, please hold. Your call is important to us'. Get thorugh to the wrong department, who then try to transfer you to the correct dept, but.... end up cutting you off!
This way, the person you get to speak to doesn't have to deal with your enquiry and you can start over again! |
