Ehh, it's just a fad at the moment. In the 70s it was all about hairy chests, but now the clean look is what women typically go for. The difference is that a guy can shave his chest, but the tattoos are a little harder to get rid of once they are out of fashion again. |

They are not sexy to me at all. (just my opinion)but when I see a guy w/tattoo I think (yuck) they look dirty or something. (not saying you are but some that have a dozen or so look terrible)
Just think of what you'll look like when your older, people will be laughing at you. I saw a show and this OLD man had tattoss from when he was younger and he looked horrible. (one or two aint bad but he was totally marked up, yuck)
And to make a correction for the person above regarding the 70's... it was NOT about hairy chest's it was about long hair and bell bottoms(that's what they called them then) and hip huggers(thats what they called them then) |

In my opinion, tattoos are the latest "fad" right now, and as with anything else, people are usually attracted to what is stylish at the time.
I personally do not like tattoos, but hey, live and let live. :) |

tattoos have been around for hundreds and hundreds of years. i dont think it has to do with bad boy persona. i just like them. i have one myself (flower) and i want my name written in farsi underneath.
ps i only like tribal tattoos on men. no cartoons on either sex cuz thats just trashy. and they should be placed where the general public cannot see it. |

tattoos are awsome, they show self expression and that the person who got them was willing to under go pain in order to have a work of art on there body. Tattoos are stupid if you get them with no meaning behind it but if they represent something important to you then thats really cool |
