furakku | Why do people go to work if they dont want to work? |
Whats the point working if you dont do any work? Do people see it as a social club? Do they enjoy being there? At least if you work, you can get pleasure from working and the time goes much faster. They could claim benefits and let the people who want to work work, but most of these lazy ones already recieve benefits and are just topping up their income! They also sabotage the work of others who work hard because then their laziness becomes apparant. They also steal stuff and racially abuse people, the end result being that people who want to work dont want to work because they have to work in an unproductive enviroment and may end up in a bad situation.

I'm thinking its a little thing called RESPONSIBILITY!!! You have to pay your own way some time. Those that don't pull their weight at the workplace will eventually quit when their lack of responsibility is the talk of the office. Those people are the ones who move from job to job trying to find an employer who will tolerate their insubordination, but to no avail. |

what are you ranting about? people work to earn money, normal people can't get benefits and they wouldn't cover the mortgage etc and like you say to stay at home and doss is lazy and unfair on everyone, therefore we work whether we like it or not. What fool actually enjoys working? slaving away for someone else's benefit? |

This is a terrible question and there evidently some issues you felt the need to vent.
People work to make money. Benefits are there for people who cannot work rather than will not work. The system is flawed yes but there are people that can genuinely cannot work for valid reasons.
The workplace isnt there for social reasons and the majority of people are discriminatory or theives.
If people don't like their work they have deal with it. End of. |

WORK is a four letter word. I thank my lucky stars that I'm now a pensioner who chooses to carry on working when I feel like it.
Most people (including myself) are just 'wage slaves' - we work to pay for the goods which the 'bosses' sell. You may as well be paid on company tokens as money, because it's their money and their goods. etc.

I think that is a bit of a sweeping statement -
speaking as a person who doesn't want to work but has to :-(
the reason I go to work is to provide a standard of living for my family,
I don't particularly enjoy my work but I find if I apply myself time passes quicker . I object to being described as above , just because I don't go skipping into work and work long additional hours does not mean I do not do a good job when I am in
