We're at a sufficient distance from the sun that we don't get scorched by it's light nor do we freeze. We have an atmosphere that holds in heat so we don't freeze when our part of the earth points away from the sun. We have a moon which balances out our rotation and keeps us on axis, giving us relatively stable climates, enough so for life to develop. |

We live on the planet Earth because it is exactly the right distance from the sun so that we are not scorched or frozen. It has the right proportions of gases, minerals, vegetation, etc. to sustain our bodies and life in general. All things were in balance in the beginning and it is only our industrialization and encroachment on delicate ecosystems that is now causing the problems with the ozone layer, melting polar icecaps, etc. Such a perfect place for life to be sustained, with such perfect balance. Oxygen produced by plants for animals and mammals to breathe and carbon dioxide for plants to breathe which is produced by us. An intricate life cycle that produces algae eaters, plant eaters, carnivores and then man...all in perfect balance. Makes you wonder how it could all evolve by chance, huh? That's why I believe God created it and that He decided on the perfect place for His creation to live. |

Then over the course of 6 days he created everything that is here. If you were hungry, would you go to the laundryroom for food, no you'd go to the kitchen.
Same with this planet VS the others, this is where we find everything we need the only thing He couldn't create (in a physical sense) was love, this is where the 7th Day comes in, Jesus, the Creator loved Adam & Eve so much that he took an entire day each week to spend with them.
Wow, it will be great to do that again in heaven for all eterninty!
