It is a waste of time, but you can learn a thing or two from questions, and it could be therapeutic for some. It would be nice if YAHOO paid us each a few bucks per (good) answer, and then they took all the best answers to put in some big Q & A database that they could promote and charge advertisers to be seen on. |

I actually learn something from this website and I'm sure I help some people by giving good answers.
you're right though, I spend too much time on this website because it's just too adddicting. I should be out with my friends right now...after answering a few more questions of course. |

Well....in my case, I don't have much of a life. :D AND I do like to help people and honestly I have learned just by rating unresolved questions. I have picked up a lot of interested facts by doing research to answer questions and by look through resolved questions. :) Nothing is more rewarding than getting a great big thankyou because my suggestion worked or made someone else feel better. :)
I try to do the same for others as well. :) |

Um its a good idea, but poorly executed, unfortunately when you get 9yr olds answering good questions you end up with a lot of misinformed people. LOL |
