Imagine you're blind for a moment. You're in a taxi or with a friend (but not a close one).
Do you:
a) give your card and pin number to the cabbie/friend?
b) get out, and do it yourself?
I'd probably chose "b".
Also, it probably makes more sense for the ATM company to have just one set of buttons. |

LOL......now THAT is a good question!! Probably for visually impaired people in a taxi or being driven who want the independence to do stuff themselves |

While blind people don't drive, they do use taxis. Having brail allows them to use the ATM without the need to trust the driver with their pin number. Because of this, the Americans with Disabilities Act requires brail on the ATMs. |

cause their guide dogs guide them around when they drive and let them know to roll down their windows cause they are at the bank now and then the blind person uses the braille at the atm machine to complete their transaction |
