Weed makes your brain malfunction so you cannot spell words such as "alcohol" or "illegal." I have heard it is so bad, you aren't even capable of hitting a button that says "Check Spelling" that would make you appear literate.
Were you just whining, or were you looking for a serious answer to the Legal system in the United States? |

cause Alcohol is as american as apple pie ! Haven't you ever heard of the whiskey rebellion ? Also anyone can ghrow weed, it is harder to market and control like Alcohol, where you need health inspections for your stills. |

weed used to be legal..but Mexican immigrants were coming into America illegally and making a killing off it...so the government made it illegal so they wouldn't make money anymore....and they never re legalized it.....really though...they both should either be legal or illegal..i think they are equally as bad....but making them both legal would be cool..man, i could sure go for some weed right now |

It sucks I know, the only solution is to move to amsterdam where it IS leagal. It used to be somewhat leagal back in the early 1900's but the government thought that it was causing an uprise in crime and violence so some smart *** governor came up with the tax stamp that had some sort of loop hole that prevented people from leagally owning pot.
Check your state laws, in some states it's only a misdemeanor to have a certain amount for personal use as long as you don't have intent to sell it's no more than a slap on the hand and maybe a fine. IF you get caught, but there are so many damn pot smokers today in all different age groups and statures it's not even funny. just don't be dumb and drive around with it, or on it, you can get a DUI, which could mean jail time, fines, even a suspended licence.
Alcohol, I have no idea, I pesonally think it is so much more dangerous than pot. dangerous to the body, possibly to your car or to you if a drunk hits you, they usually live and you die!!! |

Weed is illegal because it KILLS your brain cells at a much higher rate than alcohol ever does. Drinking alcohol has never made me paranoid, or do anything for a box of oreos.
People can also have a few beers and be normal. Some people take one hit of weed and they are totally stoned and dont know where they even are. I believe alcohol is a nice casual social privelage we have.
Smoking pot is used when you dont want to feel normal, and perhaps you are not happy with feeling normal. Alcohol makes you just less inhibited about your normal behavior. Weed makes you tired, paranoid, annoyed, hungry, dazed, unintelligent and smelly. (well beer does too) I mean how productive is it to watch Current Affair and eat an entire loaf of bread (toasted with butter). It was interesting though. |
