As for the knees and toes... that would make a great body wash by the head's and shoulders people. However, your heads and shoulders are not something you can put property rights, and there is no way that you could prove the person was trying to copy the song... so that makes no sense...

Coz head n Shoulder was the owner's choice. Moreover shampoo is applied on hairs which are on head and r generally shoulder length long So I guess it has 2 b head and shoulder and not knees n toes (But Sure "knees and Toes" sounds 2 b a good brand name, if I'll ever launch a shampoo I name it the same , i hope u'll not sue me 4 tht)

Knees and toes may be the brand name for a future footwash solution or soap to be germ-free on your toes & feet. Here, the head & shoulders is the area which normally has dandruff concentration and where people visibly notice these growth, largely contributed by the level & positioning of our eyes by the Almighty! As shampoo is best applied on your head & shoulders (for ladies) and hence the name.
Also as the theme goes, one may as well name the brand of a cold cream as "Lips & Eye brows" focussing on the area of application for the cream.
