Hard to tell, lot of people and very big, there is going to be a lot of investement to do and then, yeah it will improve, but will it be as powerfull, thats a question only the future can solve. |

In the far future? Maybe. In the near future, say 20 years? No way! You've got to resolve many social problems first, eg the caste system, burning of the brides, tamil tigers, etc. You have a bloated administrative service. You have too many red tapes, too bureaucratic. |
