I had a gift card and the manager told me I would have to send it on something in the store
that was of a greater valve like a $25.00 card had to be spent on at least $25.01 or i would still have a balance on the card because they didn't
give money in return for the change. |

I know of no store that will give money for gift cards. Sorry. Many/all gift cards say "not redeemable for cash" or something to that extent on the back.
You MIGHT want to try buying stuff at Walmart, returning it, and seeing if you can get cash back. |

nope just stuff you buy there. so buy like 49$ worth of stuff then keep the recite and return it later and ask for cash but when you return it dont say you used a gift card |

They should but with Walmart you never know. They already have the money so it wouldn't benefit them to give you the cash. If they ask why you want to return it just tell them that you never shop at Walmart and it would go to waste otherwise. |

With Gift Cards .... after you buy something the Money stays on the cards thats why stores went to cards so the money is spent at the store.. |

if you have the receipt, probably. its an item return and just because its a gift card it shouldnt change the rules. if they dont let you, take it up with the manager. |
