Work for someone else OR Start your own business?

What's right for me may not necessarily be right for you. You can make your money in your own business but there's more stress when you are responsible for the lives of others as well as yourself. Many employees fail to see that whether business is good or bad, employers (owners) are responsible for employee wages and benefits as well as inventory, operating costs, utilities, licenses, insurance, and so much more. People often think of business as Microsoft with all its assets but there are companies of all sizes out there with smaller businesses more popular than huge corporations. You may be a risk taker or someone who likes to play it safe and that's where the true answer to your question comes in. You could make more money in your own business ... or not. This is not to be negative (I dislike negative people) but rather as a no nonsense answer of whether it's best to work for someone or start your own business.

Start your own business. Be your own boss. You determine how much money you have potential to make. Set your own hours. Be ambitious.

BOTH!

1.I have actually had some pretty nice results with this:
http://www.mittenstate.ws

Go there, enter in your information so you can see the video, and it explains it all from there. I can walk you through the process step by step if needed just to make sure you are successful. (Please keep in mind; this is NOT a get rich quick scheme.) In my opinion, the best thing about this is that it doesn’t require a high startup investment. (Considering you can start for free). I definitely recommend test driving it. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me on yahoo messenger (spongemaster11). I'd love to give you more details! Hope This Helps and Good Luck!

Networking is a great way to earn money from home. Ever heard of Robert Kiyosaki Rich Dad Poor Dad? He has another book called "The Business School" and he talks a lot about network marketing strategies and getting on the right side of the cash flow quadrant. That's what I did when I started my own business at http://www.bedavis1.mywayout.net/ ! If you have a big enough dream, you can achieve anything :)
Good luck on your endeavor!

work for someone else....only because starting you own business requires a lot of $, time and effort. the business might fail in the first year anyways.

There's no right or wrong answer, but a matter of personal choice and your goals. Some are perfectly content to work for someone else, while some wants to be their own boss and start their own business. The key is to do what will make you happy.

To evaluate, ask yourself the following questions:

1. Do you have a strong desire to be independent and be your own boss, not taking orders from others and relying on your own talents. Can you move on your own without waiting for someone to push you?

2. Do you want to be master of your own financial destiny? Do you want the chance to work at something you enjoy, because of a desire for security in the form of steady income?

3. Do you have significant specialized business ability based on both your education and your experience. Do you also love the challenge of pitting your resources and skills against the environment?

4. Are you willing to take reasonable risks and handle the pressure that results from a degree of insecurity?

5. Do you have an ability to conceptualize the whole of a business; not just its individual parts, but how they relate to each other? Are you an individual who always comes up with new ideas?

6. Do you have an inherent sense of what is "right" for a business and have the courage to pursue it? Do you believe in giving priority to getting the job done?

7. Is one or both of your parents entrepreneurs; calculated risk-taking runs in the family?

8. Is your life characterized by a willingness and capacity to persevere? Do you welcome the responsibility that goes to owning a business?

9. Do you recognize that much of your success will depend on how well you deal with people?

9. Do you possess a high level of energy, sustainable over long hours to make the business successful?

10. Do you have a powerful drive to accumulate wealth, and the opportunity to earn far more than you ever could working for others?

If you answer YES to the above questions, then you have the entrepreneurial personality. Otherwise, you may feel safer and more comfortable working for someone else
