if it is legal to sell these item's where you are without a license (alcohol may need a license)it is required in my country |

yes you can.
there is nothing to stop you doing this, but you take on a certain amount of responsiblity for the quality and safety of any goods you sell on.
In effect this is no different from the small retailer buying his goods from a wholesale supermarket. |

ordinary items no problem but to be strictly legal I think you would need a licence to sell alcoholic drinks |

you are legally entitled to sell anything you buy, there are few restrictions.
as long as you do not sell something and say you made it etc or infringe any copywrite.
many smaller shops get their stock from supermarkets rather than the wholesalers cos its cheaper!!! |

You can do it, but profits should be reprted to the tax man as income to yourself.
I'm sure you'll be doing the right thing.

You can, but you'll pay more than if you had ties with the original supplier. |

You are not selling the wine, or crackers separately but you are selling a package in the form of a gift basket that you will label as being your own product. Something like "Holiday Gift Baskets by Nick M". Of course if you want to make more money you will purchase ALL the products Wholesale from the distributors of said products. |

It is totally legal dont worry about it, i mean you ARE paying for the goods not stealing them and hawking them on, so enjoy it, and good luck making your first fortune!!! |

If you are the legitimate legal owner of the goods and paid for them honestly - you can dispose of them as you wish. It happens all the time on E-Bay.
Obviously if you are hoping to make a decent profit then it would be better to buy from a Wholesale. If for some reason that is not possible and you intend to buy large quantities, I am sure any retailer would be happy to give you a discount. Good Luck |
