It depends on why you dislike them. If its a personal thing then no you wouldnt be. If you dont like them because of things beyond their control, like color, sex, sexual preference, or national origion then you would be prejudice. |

No, it's only racist if you hate ALL of the people of a certain race or discriminate against ALL of them. Hating ONE person is just you hating that ONE person, not hating that person's race. |
