My rule for interviews is always wear a suit unless they specifically tell you otherwise. Insurance companies are typically conservative, so I would play it safe and go with a suit. |

Depends on the style of overshirt. T-shirt no. Sweater, yes. Dress shirt, not with a black shirt - you'll need a white shirt or a light colored one. Open dress shirt, no. Not business enough. And you'll need a tie. One way or the other you need a tie.
Woman: If the overshirt is open and not too loose. Show off those curves if ya got em. I would actually recommend a skirt. It looks a little more professional. And black pantyhose if you wear a skirt.
Both: Make sure your shoes look good. |

Oh my gosh! My wife had an interview today and wore the exact same thing. She looked good I thought, so I say go for it. Slacks are what a woman needs to wear to an interview.
By the way, I'm not kidding, she really did wear that today! |
