No. I wouldn't buy that. I smell the milk if I have any doubt about its freshness. I trust my nose more than any gadget.

Nope - I just sniff the milk...
If you have to sniff it twice - its OK...
If it was off - you wouldn't need to sniff it twice!!

I would watch the expiration date and also smell the milk. I used to deliver milk products to stores. Per the law we were required to pull the milk from the shelf if the expiration date was within 3 days from the date we were at the store delivering. But milk is usually still good for about another week past the date. It really depends on how much light the milk has been exposed to in transit from plant to home.
It will not hurt you if you have a little taste to check for spoilage. I wouldn't put any gadget into my milk. We have enough crap in our food as it is.

What's wrong with a good old fashioned sniff?

Nope - this sounds like a waste of money - thats what best before dates are for.

No and I don't think Dragons Den would invest either. The reason is the shelf life currently offered on milk and the various sizes you can buy. I guess most people buy to their usage and use the milk well within date. Sorry!

i go by the sell by date, why waste your money on something that is written on the side of the bottle anyway?

No - I would smell the milk, easier, cheaper and you don't have to wash it and put it in every bottle, therefore labour saving plus much easier on the environment!
