pay it you never know when youll need them again, and its the right thing to do. even if you ask them to look into it first to check its right. |

How much higher was the total bill than the estimate?
I'd at least call on Monday and explain the situation. Say you recall the estimate being X amount yet your bill was Y amount. See if they'll agree to X amount, and if not, if you can reach an agreement between X and Y. That way you won't feel bad about leaving it unfinished. |

1. Discuss the amount of the bill with the person who gave you the quote. Sometimes billing mistakes happen.
2. They were nice enough to allow you to make arrangements to pay the rest of the bill. And you are thinking about skipping out on it??? Real nice. |

well i would speak to someone above the assistant and tell them i argeed to this work because i was given a quote i expected to pay this and was charged more could you explain why i was charged more and then i would tell them i am not happy with the service that when asking for a quote i was quoted wrongly.
i wouldn't pay the rest i'd just ignore them.
But hopefully it wouldve been sorted with my call telling them. |

Ask to speak to the manager. I hate it when assistatants can't speak English. I think you leave yourself open to legal action if you don't pay. |

if its medical or dental don't pay nothing, no court can rule that medical or dental work be returned. if it goes to court pay the vendors in pennies and make sure you get a receipt. |

The agreed amount was not clear so suggest you learn for the future and make sure the contract (verbal) is clear
You have paid half and in your words here AGREED to pay the rest monday pay or be taken to court! So pay it!
If you disagree with an invoice presented to you in future you should pay in full and write clearly on the invoice "Paid under protest" and make sure you both have a copy
This way you can take action later if you find you have been ripped off
pay the bill |

Pay what you feel to be fair.
But be honest with yourself, ripping people off (them or you) always comes back to bite you in the ***. |

if you got the quote in writing, then no. but if it were verbal, you're gonna hve to pay it. |

u should always get ur quote in writing that way u have a good argument, but talk to the manager, try to come to some arrangement, but u may find you will end up paying it as u have nothing in writing. |

You mean dental treatment? I think you will find yourself open to small claims action if you don't pay. |
