Would you prefer to work 4 ten hour days or 5 eight hour days to get your 40 hours a week at your job?
I would prefer 4 - 10 hour days. But that is personal preference. Benefit would be 3 days off vs. 2 days off.

most definitely 4 tens. i currently work 5 days a week, however i i spend one entire day of my "weekend" doing housework, laundry, grocery shopping, etc. which really means i get only 1 day off each week. i am far from relaxed or refreshed come monday morning again.

I would say 4 10 hour days

I would prefer 4 10 hour days. Most people are out of their home about 10 to 12 hours a day to work an 8 hour shift anyways due to commuting. An extra 2 hours out of the home is worth having 3 whole days off of work.

4 X 10 hours !!!

I much prefer the 4 10 hour days. I currently work for a company that operates that way and it is wonderful. I get 3 day weekends EVERY weekend and on holiday weekends, I get 4 day weekends. It took a little getting used to the longer days and especially waking up earlier but it only took a couple of weeks. Now I never want to go back. It's been almost 2 years since we switched over. It's nice only having to make the commute 8 times a week instead of 10. That's a 20% reduction in gas to get to work.

I would love 4 -10's . That should give one full day of peace. The weekends are not peacefull.
