WELLLLLLLLLL....if I saw that someone was harrassing me YES. BUT if I was going to ask a question that I only wanted A CERTAIN group of people to answer, I would probably post it in my 360 blog and make it to where only friends could view that question.

No. I think that even though someone may say something rude or stupid, they also have a chance of learning something. Also, there are a lot of kids here, so that would be cruel. How would you feel if someone baned you from answering a question because of something you said that was funny of stupid at that time in answering a question. Think about it.
