California BEACH FRONT in diego because even if you dont want it theyre you could sell it for WAY over 1 million and buy 5 houses in Mississippi or somewhere. |

I would put it in Florida. Although not my favorite state, it does have beautiful beaches, but the main reason is protection from asset seizure. Florida state law allows individuals to keep their homes, no matter what may happen to them in the form of judgements or bankruptcy. This is why folks like OJ have bought in the state, despite the fact that he owes Millions from judgements in Civil suits in California. In short, no matter what happens, you cant easily have your property taken away from you in Florida. |

On the most expensive oceanfront property there is... then I'd sell it and pay for college. |

I would put the house in Lake Tahoe, Nevada. Where else can you fish, boat, waterski, and go gambling? That would be my ideal spot. If not there then, in Austin, Texas. Such green plush land I've never seen. But then maybe I'm a bit secluded. I live in a desert, anywhere is greener than here :-( |
