10 points for honest answer. Have you ever worried that you will disappoint your employers?
According to many studies most people make themself look very good on their resumes or during interviews. Many people even lie to get the jobs.
**** Additional Details I always worry about the issues. I used to tell my ex boss before he hired me that I don't know anything about this job function. You may be disappointed it, but I am a hard worker and willing to learn. He hired me. He likes me alot. He thinks I am a good person and honest :)
Yeah but I am a very quick learner so I don't worry that much. I've also never lied about something that I really have no idea how to do. Most companies expect new employees to take a few weeks to ajust to the positon.
I totally understand the "making yourself look good duringthe interview" but you really have to or someone else will get the job.

My resume has no exaggerations on it, only the truth -- that I love the work that I do and that I'm a very steady, dedicated, dependable worker. I've had the same job now for nearly 17 years and I got it by "love-bombing" the owners -- I sent them 20 resumes in the mail, all the same, over the course of about a week.
It worked. I got the job.

Yes I have worried about it. However I always think of "their" job as "my" company or business. This keeps me honest and trustworthy. I wouldn't sabotage my own company so I wouldn't do that to them.

I haven't ever gone to a job interview but I know that I try to be a good person but in questions (I hate to say this) I would leave some maybe crucial details about myself out so to get the job. I know thats horrible but everyones gotta do what they have to
