Have not heard anything yet. Emailed the Administrator yesterday morning, still waiting to hear back from someone at Rust.

Rust consulting emailed me this morning and gave me my new total $700 more than I was expecting....and confirmed that checks will go out tomorrow the 14th of December.

I e-mail Julie Johnson today and she responded within the hour and my check is a lot larger than expected. She said it was to be mail by the 14th which is tomorrow. I think everyone should expect to have their check mailed out by tomorrow.

I think its possible that some checks have started going out as of yesterday and today. I had been told that they would go out BY the 14th, not on the 14th...the website says that as well. In addition, a woman from the hotline yesterday said they were not allowed to give $$ amounts due to privacy standards and that aside from telling someone whether or not they were on that list...well thats all they could say. She said it was highly unlikely that someone there would give out a $$ amount since their calls are randomly recorded. In addition, I have e-mailed several times as well, always gotten a response, but not ONCE did they hint as to a $$ amount. I would not believe what you read here - only what you are told on the phone. As our notices stated, we are guaranteed X amount - anything above that is a bonus. I'm in the same boat as everyone else, but I am happy to be getting my minimum of $1150. If there is more - I will certainly celebrate. Until then, I can only hope I get that check in the next week. Oh - for all those freaking out over the "2 week delivery" timeline. They HAVE to say that because these checks are not being mailed via priority, but rather first class mail. There is no guarantee of delivery on first class mail. Its true that it TYPICALLY only takes 3-4 days for mail to go around the country, no one can guarantee that. So if after 2 weeks you still dont have a chekc, THEN you can call to check on its whereabouts. Until that time has passed you wont get any tpe of response. The post office doesnt typically look for something for 30 dyas - and then if its only first class, well they cant do much. Sad to say - you'll probably have to have a check re-issued if you dont get it. heres to hoping the USPS pulls through and delivers quick. I'm glad I live in the midwest - closer to where the checks are being created....hopefully that helps!

I emailed the administrator Wed. and got an answer Thur. I was told the amount, which is $200. over the min., and that the check is to be mailed Fri.(today). You need to include your name and address in the email. I live in Michigan.

Just received email from ameriquest saying they will go out on the 14th and mine is going to be 750.00.At first it was going to be 600.00. I live in NC
