Do you think people on ebay are afraid to give seller a bad mark??
Do they avoid telling the truth and allow crooked sellers to shyter more people?? Additional Details Hi danny I seen a seller with 100 positive feedbacks selling bootlegged adobe software. Some people must have been afraid..to trade negs
Yeah, there is almost no advantage to leaving a Neg, aside from maybe revenge. Look at their feedback; if they give Negs to others they will do so to you in retribution.
There are many sellers with 95% to 99% positive -- that's a lot of unhappy customers -- & they're still selling, so it is unlikely your vote will matter.
Personally, I stay away from sellers that either give or get more than a couple Negatives.

A bad seller is going to get chopped off, right at the knees, and FAST!!!!!!
I think its important to allow a seller to correct a mistake, which may have been made BEFORE you post a bad grade. A legitimate seller might have shiiped to the wrong address by mistake, or something that can be fixed. A person trying to do his best deserves a second chance.
A rip off artist deserves to be exposed immediately.

I have noticed that there are some sellers on eBay that say something like "Will leave feedback for you after I receive feedback from you." That suggests to me that if a buyer leaves negative feedback, a seller will leave negative feedback and visa versa.
I think that there are buyers who leave positive feedback just because they want positive feedback back. I don't know that the buyers are trying to pull one over on the other eBay buyers, but I think that concept of the seller leaving feedback after the buyer does sound a little shifty.

I have done it after receiving DOA merchandise and getting flack from the seller. PayPal got me my money back.

I really try hard to not give people a Negative....i mean, if I never receive my product, then I give the Negative. But it is a little late....I just give a Neutral.
