Typically conference rooms have very generic names that make them easy to locate and determine their size. For instance, for a conference room on the north side of the 3rd floor that holds sixteen people would be named 3F1N(16) or 3F2N(16) and so forth depending on how many conference rooms are on that particular floor. In addition, conference rooms usually have a nickname associated with them such as "War Room" or "Purple Chair Room". Hope this helps! |
