I don't understand how companies sleep at night when they charge poor folks that are struggling with higher interest rates, higher premiums, and more service charges then people that have plenty of money. Example: You didn't pay ontime for a car, so they repo it. Now you are not a bum, you just were sick and had to feed your family instead of pay the car note. So of course the company takes out a judgement against you but guess what, they can raise their interest rate from 9% to 10% plus charge all the court costs, attorney fees, ect... Now if you can't pay the original note, what makes them think that you can pay the higher payment?????
