Don't tell me - let me guess. You got an e-mail saying you'd won a big lottery, or otherwise somehow gotten a large sum of money. Am I right?

Don't fall for this scam. This is a money laudering scam and you can get in trouble for participating in it. I've gotten many emails just like the one you probably received claiming they saw your resume on monster or careerbuilder and are looking for someone to work part time and that all you need is a bank account or something similar to help them with checks or customer payments and then they tell you to take 10 or 15% as your fee.

They asked me to facilitate Paypal transactions on their behalf for a commission fee. I've got a bad feeling. Supposed to be a Canadian Company BUT I tracked their emails to Washington, DC. Now their website is down. Still, they are communicating with me.

I have heard of them. I got the same e-mail you did I'm sure. I sent them my contract being a little sketchy about it, but when I read your question, I told them I'd changed my mind. I wouldn't trust it, they don't even have an actual website.
