Well I work there, and you can be hired on as a assistant, manager if you have prier exp. Other wise you must go thought the ranks. In my time working with Wal - Mart I have seen people come in and make it to an assistance mgr. within a year.
Just go there apply for a day time posistion work really hard show them what you got and who knows you may make it in less time than what you think. |
