It is the broadband. I switched to 4mb from 1mb the changed my mind a few months later. They reduced the service back to 1meg but not the bill |

I think the best way, firstly is to call up virgin media... Ask them the relevant questions....
I don understand that they put you on hold for a long period of time... and with that stupid song playing at the background... you just might wanna shoot yourself....
Secondly, if they can't solve the issue... try Oftel; now known as Ofcom, they are the regulatory body for Communications Industry in the UK http://www.oftel.gov.uk/ now known as http://www.ofcom.org.uk/ or 020 7981 3040.
Then get your documents and your statements from your bank. It is important for you to file them up, for proof of money debited from your account. and go see a solicitor.... you may get free broadband for a year... or compensation... Sue them.... it's about time someone did this.... |

You don't say what you are being overcharge with, it can't be broadband because you pay a monthly fee for broadband. I have just gone onto Virgin media and I pay £20 a month (£9 for broadband £11 phone line) so if its the phone calls that you are being overcharge with, phone them up and demand a rebate. |
