go to the Post Office.

Even if they arent open most have an automatic stamp machine that you can put money in and a book of stamps come out.

If you are talking about postage stamps, you need to go to the post office. Larger branches have a dispensing machine in the lobby so you won't have to stand in a line. Bank ATMs do not dispense postage stamps or any other products. They are automated tellers that allow you to transact bank business.
