They make so many mistakes with your accounts - which ever company you are dealing with - I'm wondering whether it is just plain incompetence, the fact they cannot speak coloquial English and stick to these ridiculous scripts of theirs - which of course cannont cater for all type of conversations with customers - and so the whole thing collapses - or is their a more sinister side - are the continual mistakes done on purpose because of a directive from Al Kaeda ?
