Are corporations really run by their owners?

One
No. Owners elect a board of directors to run the business. It is like our govenment. You elect the representatives and they run it for you.

looking4it
Depends on how much share they own in their own companies. If he/she owns 51% of the company's shares, they can run the show.

totallyeclipsed2001
