no you can vote. The way it works is you get one vote for one share. no share no vote.

However depending on the company you may be allowed to got to their agm but this depends on the individual companies policy

I myself have shares in a number of differant companies all of which do not allow none share holders to attend unless they are accompaines by a shareholder. But they can not speek or vote
