microsoft wanting yahoo, sky and its british arm bskyb buying a large share of ITV etc.
its like one day we'll end up with one or two giant companies providing our media news etc. which are going to start to be biased as an example internet sites like MSN 'bigging' up the xbox360, would yahoo! start to do the same when it gets bought out by microsoft?

If Microsoft bought out Yahoo then we would have a worse service from yahoo cos Microsoft like to integrate everything they have created into anything the own and looking at Microsoft's track history that would mean that you would have ERROR after ERROR because Microsoft have yet to release something that works without any problems. So i think that Microsoft should stick to trying to rectify the bugs in their software rather than taking over Yahoo and making it worse. |

I would prefer it if Microsoft didn't buy yahoo. Ive always found yahoo helpful and i believe Microsoft will only ruin it if they don't completely get rid of it, it kind of makes the need for both yahoo AND windows live unnecessary. Microsoft products have too many bugs in them and i don't want yahoo ending up that way. |

I'm very much concerned about i as well as many other people online ,Yahoo had been THE BEST Internet Service provider online,I'm a Yahooligans since it started & I always will be,Microsoft if just all for themselves,they wanna get ownership of everything, Google is pretty great for search no doubt, Yahoo comes second to most people ,I actually use Yahoo for every damn thing,soo much great services on Yahoo , Microsoft copied most of Yahoo's Stuff,
I hope Yahoo don't take up on this offer,Yahoo represents soo much more than just Search Engine and Mail. |
