Yesterday, I spoke with 3 different customer service reps that actually hung up on me when I inquired about a questionable charges on my new checking account. After being on hold for at least 20 mins and finally getting a CSR, she was extremely rude and not helpful. I asked to speak to her manager and within minutes we were some how disconnected. Ok, I called back complaining about the previous incident and still needing a resolution to my issue, only to have the same thing happen again. I was told he was going to place me on hold and once again, I was hung up on. On the third try, the EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED, what gives? Is this some kind of trick or something? BOA employees are taught to hang up on customers that are smart enough to point out errors or maybe incompetence? I've been a customer for 6 weeks, is this normal for BOA customers? I'm really at a loss for words. I will go to BOA branch tomorrow but geez ..what happened to good, professional, competent customer service
