Not really. Word of mouth is a valuable deterrant but you will not cripple them. Why not write an editorial to the local paper though just so others who may be teetering on changing banks might be pushed over the edge. |

Well lemme tell ya, I did a mystery shop that involved them. When I inquired about opening an account, they told me the requirements and I flipped. They have poor customer service, and there requirements to get an account there are rediculous. If I wanted an accoun I certainly wouldnt be looking at that bank.
Really if your complaint is reasonable take the steps to complain. Tel all your friends,family, friends friends ect. not to bank there, exlain why, and maybe all the negative talk will get them to change there pollicies. |

Well, if you have a documented Learning Disability documented by your state Vocational Rehab Dept. Then your in business, file with (DOJ) Dept of Justice and wait for there investigation to conclude. if you need a Disability Lawyer Just ASk them for several.

I'm afraid not. I just closed three credit accounts and my checking account with them. Upon closing my checking, I made sure I took whatever balance I had left to the penny out, $2.11 and would you believe their machine read it as $2.77 and re-opened my account which immediately produced a fee of $5.95 and it took 2 months for them to finally correct their mistake. The same was true with their Line of Credit account which I had a debt management company take over. For 3 months, neither side could correct the problem until I conferenced them both in and listened to their problem, proposed a new payment, and found out that he was using the wrong figure to compute the loan. I had to go into the account on line and tell them that the figure they had was incorrect. I was not happy about what this one account did to my credit history (went into 60 days over), but the best part for me was finally washing my hands of them. Everyone I had a conversation with about this bank have had negative responses. Their regulations are people-friendly, only out for their bottom line. The best you can do is leave it behind and warn anyone who plans to bank with them - beware! |

Same thing with any other company. Make a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Tell the manager that made you made you will contact them and they will do anything for you. |

Sadly, no. They are a monster and you are a teeny tiny atom. I'm reminded of the guy about 15 years ago who drove his pickup thru the front glass window of the bank because they made him so mad. We've all been there! |

become a multi-millionaire.........leave the money in the account for about 2 weeks and then close the account or transfer the money to a different bank ........they will be calling you personally.
I assure you if Bill Gates withdrew his money from any bank, they probably would visit his home.....They do care, but only if you have quite a few zeros behind the dollar sign......The rapper Master P did this........he was upset with the bank, and bank actually tried to stop him from withdrawing his money with legal action..........they did not succeed of course....
