Take them back, or call environmental health and they will investigate there number is in the yellow pages.........
The later is the best, I took something back to a store and they just refunded me the cost of the product.......
They didn't give a dam that I don't have time to make the same trip twice the inconvenience etc |

Best thing to do is send back to manufacturer. Friend of mine did this with a loaf of bread and got a large filled hamper of food as a apology! Worth a try, words can destroy a business. Big companies dont want bad publicity. Good Luck |

Take them both back to the store. Take your receipts if you have them. If not, still take them back, but if they don't know you, you may not be able to exchange them. I would still leave the items there if I didn't receive satisfaction. Ask to speak to the manager. That usually gets you a reasonable outcome. |
