CAN I WORK AGAIN IN MY PREVIOUS COMPANY ?
I left my previous company for some reasons and joined in new company but again i want to go back to that company reason is i am not happy with new company. Is it good one ?
Plz give me suggestions and opinions.
Very seldom can you go back to a company and truly feel confident that you have not made a serious error in judgement. The stigma attached will always give the perception that you returned because you couldn't handle it outside your comfort zone, and this may be true.
I assume that you are relatively inexperienced in the job hunting field so here is some information you may find helpful.
The first 6 months of transition into a new job is always the most difficult. New people, new environment, new way of doing things.
You should always thoroughly investigate companies prior to moving and ensure they have a culture that is one you can work within.
You should remain at a job for at least one year unless something exceptional makes you move.
Some of the best things you learn at new companies is how "not" to do things.
The experience and skill sets you learn is phenominal and definitely an asset in new companies.
I know many people will tell you that job hopping isnt't good however in todays environment the average retention span for "talented" workers is about 40 months.
Moving on for better experience is only another tool within your arsenal that makes you a better resource for a company.
Move on and don't look back. Where you may be successful in returning is after you have gained experience and maybe go back in a substantially higher position, "like the boss"

If you are able withstand those negative comment about you then you go back to old company. People like to ill-speaking behind our back and this we cannot control. That is natural. Every where we goes also the same. You decide ?

if you left on good terms and gave them 2 weeks notice so that they could find a replacement for you then i dont see why you cannot be rehired. i think you should be asking them...not us.

yes u can but u would probably have to give them some good reasons to go back.

Companies are not in favor of job hoping and will question your reasons in more detail.

As long as you weren't fired and you left on good terms then you can usually go back to a previous employer.
However they have to have an open position and you have to go back through the interview process. Having worked there previously should work in your favor but if there's someone else applying you may not get the job.

You can re write a letter of apology and explain why they should re hire you :) if you were a good worker expect your job back if not, meh u better find a new one..
