I don't know if it's the cashier's fault or mine. Regardless, can I return this product to Wal-Mart without a receipt? If so, how can I do this? |

If the product is stuill in the package you should be fine. Wal-Mart can scan the item to tell if it really WAS purchased from their store so you should be able to get money back and not just a credit. |

It says within 45 days ** with receipt ** it seems, but I'd give it a try. Although without a receipt you will NOT get cash.

If you do not have the receipt, they will give you a "store credit". Occasionally, you can have them look up the receipt in their database (I mean this happens VERY RARELY). You will have to remember what day you purchased the item and other details that they may ask you to recall. Then they will refund your money in the form of however you paid (checks have a 10 day waiting period for the funds to clear) As long as the item is in the same condition as when purchased it, they will take it back. |

You can go to custumer service and tell them it was a gift given to you. When they ask you what's wrong with it just tell them you didn't like it. And they'll give you the money back in a gift card. |
