If the company has been dissolved, then it no longer has assets so there would not be a point of suing. Depending on the reason for the lawsuit, the former directors/managers of the company may be liable

Assuming the building is gone, but the name is not out of business, you can sue the govering body. However, you'll probably have to wait in line. Can you attach the suit to the new company that is shipping the product?

I don't see how. Since the company no longers exsist, they are no longer and enity so unable to be repersented in court.
