And probably, but he hasn't got the time to listen to complaints. That's why he's got a customer service center.
If you've got a genuine beef, buy 1 share of stock, and go to the annual shareholders meeting. Then you MIGHT be able to get a word in. But that's alot of trouble just to ***** about your laptop. |

He's a real person, so yes, he can be contacted. Address your mail to him at the company HQ which is, I believe, in Austin TX.
However, don't expect a direct reply. If you phrase it *very* politely, and explain your frustrations, his AA will process it as reasonably important. However, if you're abusive it'll go in the trash.
The reality is that no CEO wants his customers to feel hard done by, so a reasonable complaint will be addressed.
In other words, yes you can send a complaint directly to him, but he probably won't even read it, and yes, he does care, but he'll have someone else look after it. |

Why would you even want too? I'm pretty sure that such people try to keep their personal information personal - and for a good reason. Who wants half the GLOBE calling? No one.
If you look hard enough I'm SURE you can dig up his business contact information. However, that would be like calling the school board when you REALLY need to speak with a teacher.
Go though the system like everyone else. Its the best way to get help with your issue.
If you really want to get the mans attention write to the daily paper of the city where he lives. |

Considering he's the CEO of a company that ships to millions of people around the world, he can't be expected to answer everyone's problems with his product. Like any business person, he has a large staff of customer service reps to help you. I've never had a hard time contacting a person at Dell and getting a problem resolved. |
