Can a band sue you if you use there name for your company?
Take for instance the name anti-flag, could the band sue a clothing company for using there name even though it has nothing to do with the band or isn't trying to do anything with the band? Its just they like the name for the clothing company so they wanna use it.
Not necessarily. Unless they have the name of the band trademarked against that type of specific use.

If its a major corporation, or about to be, they would probably have access to ask the band first and establish a sort of Bargain. Like they could Advertise the band to make the Band more Famous, and make The company well known.
