A good customer care executive must have following:
1. Very good listening skill
2. Listen to the customer interestingly
3. Never irritate like face expression while talking to customer.
3. Try to resolve the issue politely
4. If customer is difficult to handle, never talk agressively, be polite & try to aware the customer the fact of the reality what the things are not being done.
5. Handle with very good smile.
