Google does not have the money to buy Microsoft. Google Market cap is $120 Billion where Microsoft's market cap is $190 Billion there is no way Google can come up with that much money. Even If they do I don't think Microsoft will agree on any deal. But Microsoft has the money to buy Google but again Google is not gonna agree on any deal and US Government will not allow Microsoft or Google to buy each other.
