How exactly would they know that you don't have any money on you?
Businesses can refuse service to anyone. They can also refuse to let you browse endlessly. Few stores do this because it makes them look bad in front of customers.
Unless someone is in a store for hours on end or behaves in a manner that attracts attention in a negative way, a store is unlikely to take any action. |

If you have no means to pay for a purchase (cash, credit/debit cards, checks, travelers cheques) then yes they can indeed kick you out for "loitering". |

only if you try to buy something with out money. in that case it is stealing and yes. But if you are just looking and not trying to take it, they can't kick you out, you have every right to be there |
